dissapointed not to reach the FC final. specially after the comeback mid season. lets make sure we do well in OD.

Here are what I feel are the appropriate awards for the season. There has been no voting system incorporated into the below, this is just my gut feel and reaction to the season.

OD Player of the Year

S Fuller -- One of the best OD cricketers going around in the world. Sean lit the season on fire.

FC Player of the Year

S Young -- Stephen started poorly at 3, but was elevated to open the batting again. From there he made the spot his own. If he has another steller year like this, he will be in contention for a test call up, one feels.

OD Rookie of the Year

A Maina -- Wickets! Wickets! Wickets! Andy's impressive OD season was capped off by being the only Blue to make the bowling OD charity team. Was the most reliable OD bowler come season end.

FC Rookie of the Year

S Morris -- Sam played out the season after taking a w hile to break into the team. Some massive centuries (one on debut) cemented his place.

Captains Player of the Year

R Bowen -- Rob went unnoticed with 3 back to back centuries, being the partner of double tons. His scoring rate and enthusiasm has given him the nod for my player of the year. He broke into the OD team and scored some decent runs there, too. Congratulations.

I wanna than all the fans for their support, I wanna thank god, and all those people who get thanked in award acceptance speeches but most of all I wanna thank this horse for being the firts bizzare smiley I ever used :horse:
