Depends what you would do with the money though.

And you could sell, buy two players for 1.5m who will be worth nearly as much each, if not more. He's good, but he's not got any x-factor at all. If you get guys with nearly as good skills, who are fast or wristies - or if they've got more useful talents, they'll be the ones that fetch the really huge cash. It's supply and demand, there are lots of very good finger spinners around - I've got two that don't even make the U19s (accomplished-capable skilled bowler and new ball bowler, reliable-reliable skilled bowler - both have reasonable endurance and ordinary fielding but weak batting)

How much do you guys invest in your youth academies? I was just wondering what a reasonable figure to start of with, would be, good enough to see some improvement, but little enough not to bankrupt me.

I invest 120k a week over the two academies.

I'd imagine almost anyone should be able to invest around half that and get decent returns.

Haven't pulled a RFM in a while, so I'm happy and hopefully so will the Dutch managers.

My squad is really swelling at the moment, with 35 players in total (12 senior, 23 youth - 10 19y.o.). Bleeding money atm, the only reprieve being cup bonus money. Thinking of selling a few players, but only if I can get a decent price.
