Yes they got a pretty clear english season unlike most countries next season.
Expect a lot of south african pros next year, and aussies who miss out on the ashes squad.
The main drain on overseas players will be IPL in april and may,oh indias' ban on playing in england.

What an exciting finish to the season. Looking forwards to following it tomorrow having been away from a computer for most of the day today. **** the Merseyside derby, I shall be watching cricket tomorrow (Y)

At the moment it’s fairly tortuous to watch to be honest.

Everyone is just waiting for the declaration and Imran Tahir to then run riot.

Made for a fairly absorbing day I thought, watching this game while keeping up with developments from around the country. Yes it looks highly unlikely that Notts will win now (wouldn't surprise me if Hants bat on tomorrow) but Durham still have to win. Could they choke at the last? Kent just 116 behind now with two well-set batsmen. They don't need to bat all day, two sessions might be enough. And they're fighting for 1st division survival remember. It's not over yet.

Kent's chances of survival are about the size of that of me having no cereal for breakfast tomorrow morn.

This may be a cunning ploy to get Kentish men to buy him so many beers tonight that he is in no fit state for breakfast

I've been out already and it's very thick in places - not to say it won't have cleared in a couple of hours, though. At least there's no rain forecast.

Harmison joins the party as Tredwell leaves a straight one. Kent two wickets from oblivion.

Hampshire now 440 ahead at Trent Bridge - Notts being ground into the dirt. Dawson 99*... 100*.

It's all over barring a miracle.

Yes with Notts three down at luinch, the title race is as good as over. Fair play to Durham, played some excellent cricket this year. However, if Notts knock this total off now, is there a more deserving side to win the Championship?
