Kent have capitulated. First they let Mustard and Breese get big scores, then Callum Thorp get 3 in 5 overs.

Lancs should chase that total, but until every last run is knocked-off there won't be being any celebrations.

That's a big fat duck from Captain Adams, and no his future isn't settled. Neither am I...
Surely not going to play on under Yardy though - or for another county - so it's safe to say this is the last match of his career.

Somerset all out now, setting Lancs 182 - I've got the scores from all the other D1 games showing in separate windows. :D

Somerset fail with the bat again. 16 byes though, suggesting they'd be best off just letting the ball go and running like ****.

Yorkshire have taken the bold step of enforcing the follow-on against Sussex. A draw should favour both sides so it's perhaps a surprising move. Definitely not what Sussex wanted.

I know they'll stick with this game, but I wonder if Sky will send cameras down to Canterbury tomorrow - I see they've got a correspondent there.

The suggestion that's been made is that they will bat on for as long as they can, setting Notts a really stiff target, which, knowing the events at Canterbury, they'll have to go for. Could be quite fun to watch if that happens.

Ahh. Couldn't possibly miss that, will have to get up "early" tomorrow and find a pub.

I'm sure old grizzly would have made that point to McGrath but in fairness to him when he made the decision I doubt he realized that Kent were going to let Callum Thorp tickle their collective tummy in the way that they have

Good positive start for Lancashire I see. Looks as if that might be the first of the 'big games' to finish - possibly by lunchtime tomorrow - unless Kent capitulate before then. Jones and Stevens digging in atm.

Dawson's a talented young cricketer. His playing Patel better than the South Africans did - down the track, straight over the bowler's head, four runs. Easy.

The Notts coach is on the boundary, they are desperate and finished.

He might not be Shane Warne, but he's about as close as Hants are likely to get.
Qualifies for South Africa next year so I’m not sure how much cricket he will have for the county. Tahir has already been registered in South Africa as a local player so he could have signed a Kolpak contract with Hampshire if he really liked.
