Kaif doing no damage to his chances of a call up. A century tomorrow should assure him in the squad, given his consistent domestic performances, alongwith Badri.

AWTA, deserves another run in Indian colours imo.

Hahaha at your guys bagging Reece Young...he just hit 61* againt Queensland to save NZ A's arse. I'm not saying that makes him good, but I find it funny in his first outing for NZ A he has almost the perfect start.

Anyone got any news on the 3 day game between NZ A and Queensland? I've only been able to find an utterly useless report on the Queensland cricket website saying NZ A declared at 301/6 after day 1. It only gives information about the bowling performances of Qld but no individual efforts from NZ.

Anyway got any news at all?
I don't really know much about this game at all, is the game in Brisbane? If so it's been raining all day.

Yeah, pretty sure it is...yep, read a report this morning on the qld cricket website that there was rain and play was doubtful. Bit of a shame, NZ A were in a pretty good position declaring overnight. Would have been interesting to see what the youngster Boult could do.

The second day of a three-day tour match between New Zealand 'A' and Queensland has been washed out. Queensland openers Ryan Broad and Clinton Perren were due to start the Queensland innings on the morning of day two in the match at St. Lucia, Brisbane but the persistent overnight rain had an ominous effect. Earlier on the opening day New Zealand had started off well at 2/160 before slumping to 5/190. Peter Fulton(83) and James Marshall(59) shared an 142-run stand for the third wicket, before N.Z 'A' wicket-keeper Reece Young hit 61* to help carry New Zealand to 301/6 dec. Young Queensland seamers Grant Sullivan and Ben Cutting took two wickets apiece in a day that will mostly be remembered for Queensland's lucklustre fielding, primarily off the bowling of leg-spinner Daniel Doran.

Indians all out for 284. Kaif misses out on a century by jus 6 runs. Chawla guns to 66. Bowlinger cleans up tail to pick 4 wickets. McGain didn't ball today at all. Wonder why.

McGain and Casson are both injured... shoulder and groin respectively.

That's terrible news to their test hopes and Australia's spin hopes.
I find it quite funny..from having the two best leggies in the world, to having absolutely nothing in the space of about a year. What Australia would give to have Warney back...
