Well I've been to the following:\

Oval
Lord's
Trent Bridge
Edgbaston
SCG
MCG

Of these, Lord's is obviously special as the Home of Cricket (yawn) although so far up it's own arse it's not funny.

Edgbaston has a very special atmosphere.

MCG is strictly for those that think size is everything. Hideous concrete bowl but an awesome stadium nonetheless.

On the strength of my visits there in 1991/2 I would have said the SCG. However since then it's lost a fair amount of its character and is heading for the MCG-style concrete bowl effect.

So my vote goes to Arundel. Although it's yet to host Test cricket its time can hardly be far off.

What I like about this poll is the two NZ entries are Eden Park and Jade (now AMI) Stadium - comfortably the two worst test grounds in the country thanks to their multi-purpose usage.

Quite. The Basin Reserve and Seddon Park should be on the list instead for sure. Pukekura (sic.) Park would be a contender for best First Class ground I'd think.

No way I could ever vote for Jade (AMI) Stadium or Eden Park.

Those are definately my three favourite NZ grounds, probaly go with Pukekura Park because the runs always seem to flow on that deck

Queenstown Events Centre/John Davies Oval has the best backdrop in the country, maybe even the world, while I'd say University Oval in Dunedin will gain admirers as the seasons go on.

Love watching tests from Queenstown, best in NZ for sure.

Would not be shocked if Auckland never held another test match tbh, which is sad since I really don't want to go to Hamilton
