Everyone's averaging highly, only team to have beaten us is predictably Black....not many openings for batsmen, or in your apparent new role, Corrin's doing well. I'll fit you in somewhere before the season end (same with the others) but just not yet given the situation.

Or, just plug away in grade. I'm averaging over 50 with the bat, half century in every 3 day game. I'm desperate to re-create that with Green, but if the guys in the top 6 keep churning out centuries and scoring 600+ scores, there's not a lot I can do, other than cheer the guys on from the sidelines, keep the drinks flowing in the bar as we celebrate another win, and hope that when my turn comes, I step up.

Laws of averages(plus maybe altered pitch conditions) suggests that it is more than likely that that many players cannot all keep up that sort of consistency, though that will not stop us trying
