WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE SAY WE ARE TOP OF THE LEAGUE

I'm allowed to gloat today cos this is the highest position we have ever been in
Anyway we were brilliant today destroyed Colchester 4 - 2 (Their 2 goals came after we were 4 - 0 up a sympathy penalty and a 93 minute header where the ref got 3 mins extra time from is a mystery). Certainly though some of the best football we have played under Danny Wilson.

James Brown (the Ronaldo of division 1) was unplayable I just hope we can keep hold of him for the season as there have been rumours of Spurs & Galsgow Rangers interest :@

Now on to beating S****horpe on Tuesday in the Carling Cup then stuffing Tranmere next Saturday.

I'm a happy Monkey Hanger tonight

edit: why is part of S*unthorpe filtered?

further edit: oh yeah I get it now

Meant that he's still got good years in him. Plus with the options he's got re: clubs wantign him, a new challenge might rejuvenate him.
As mentioned above, if you read the article you'd see that he's the one considering retirement. I'm not saying that he should retire. That said, injuries considered, there's little logic in presuming that he has good years left in him.

Derby lose 1-0 to Doncaster and the players are booed off the field. While Citeh beat AC Milan.

As for the Bayern Munich thing -

Considering footballing future != considering options.

Retirement likely.
If he had anything left Wenger would've made more of an effort to keep him. He's always been injury prone as well as suffering from a long-standing issue with migraines, so would imagine retirement or maybe a dotage back in Sweden for a season or two would be the way to go.

From what I read earlier in the week yer Irons have paid him £6m to walk away, so they must be pretty convinced he's a busted flush.
