Good luck with that.

Bird is playing btw.
He didn't :stare:

Right just got back and have to say that the Sharks attack looked very 1-dimensional all down the left hand side ffs they have 2 capable players playing out on the right in Misi Taulapapa and David Simmons but they didn't utilize them once. Also Kearney why the **** did you kick it on the 1st tackle iirc when you had acres of space!!??

Sharks have looked one dimentional all season, I have never been so confident about Broncos winning any match as I was about this one. The way the Sharks play suit us down to the ground. I honestly don't believe that side is running top four as has been all year, they are just wasting a spot in the top 8 for a more worthy team tbh.

Think Hodges made a big difference in the Broncos' go forward last night. What a great player. Eastwood showed us what he can do, if only he did that every week.

BARNES OUT
Sonny Bill is gone (to French Rugby) and has apparently already left the country. What a ****, the dogs are ****ed for the rest of the season.

Ha, wow. French union makes even our domestic game look like paupers by comparison. What's happened to his contract? Can't imagine the Dogs have just waived it. Unless they're had like a wheelbarrow full of money from whoever's signing him.

They just had the Dogs CEO on the radio, they're obviously going to take him to the courts.

He's signed for 2 seasons for an apparent $3m.
So they should. Personally hope they hire some goons to go and break his legs to teach that **** a lesson in loyalty. I know contracts mean **** these days, but that is pathetic.

Sonny Bill Williams is officially a dickhead, in my books anyway. I mean, he had four years left on his contract FFS. He has now left the country, and I have lost all respect for him. He is a Dog, and I wonder why...I mean, I understand he could be getting $1.5million a season (3 million over two season is what's being reported) but he was in career best form with the Doggies and just left them for dead. They were looking like avoiding the spoon, and were starting to build a solid line up for next season. He would have been a part of it, and with a mix of new recruits and the young guns that the boys from Belmore have been producing (Barbra, Kite, etc) they were definately in contention for the top 8. It will be interesting to see what happens next, weather the Doggies sue him, or ban him from playing any form of League. He may be forced to either play or sit out four years, which I hope he plays in. He will be missed to League for his on field actions, however not his off field actions. He is a contreversial player, and overall will be missed by the game and the supporters of the game.

why would they French Union pay that much for a guy who's gonna break down with an injury about 5 times a season playing about 1/4 of all games? Personally never rated SBW tbh

I doubt he will ever play NRL again, I mean what club will sign him?
I think you will find that most clubs will jump at the chance to sign him, as long as he is willing to take a pay cut (his current demands are WAY to high). Hate to admit it as I think he is selfish, but he is an awesome player, and most clubs would love to have his services.
