CW Blue to move up to 17 with next pick, then Colts pick twice to move to17 too. Colts, Blue and Black then pick once each to bulk up to 18, and Red joins them with a further pick so everyone is up to 19.

I'm not a fan of this 24 hour ruling hey. I've only just had the chance to log on and check the forum, and apparently i've only got 7 hours left. I don't want to start making 'random' offers to people that aren't expecting one from Blue etc, but may have to with the short time period we're getting.

48 hours is perfectly long enough IMO. You should know who you have in mind long before your 24-hour period starts. After that it's just to sort out logistics of a contract.
