Cannot possibly be anyone other than Imran.

I'd vote for Aravinda, however, obviously.

are you disagreeing or agreeing with me... I am not quite sure.. :|
I'm sort of doing both in a backhanded way.

Knowing you, that you only rate players of your lifetime, calling Murali the greatest bowler ever is something not a few would do. I wouldn't myself - I think, for instance, Allan Donald, Wasim Akram, Glenn McGrath, Curtley Ambrose and (for a time) Shaun Pollock were better.

But I feel that SF Barnes was the best bowler ever and that if you were old enough to have seen him you'd think such a thing.

Vijay Merchant must be worth a mention - averaged 70+ over his career and 47 in tests - only 10 tests and didn't tour Australia in 47/48 but impressive figures nonetheless - only the "White Headley" betters his career average

Certainly a hell of a better case than Anil Kumble and Zaheer Abbas.

Is that the first time you have used that emoticon ?
No, and it may not be the first time I used it against this poster either.. I actually considered the dreaded triple rolleyes, but then calmed down and settled for one.
