I'll mould him into a nice all-round batsman - power skill is handy because captaincy seems to have quite a fitness hit on players so he'll get fitness training which will in turn bump his power too, as well as that I'll train his fielding up as it'll help with the technique deficiency. His batting won't lag far behind with his other talent. With any luck he'll get into the Ireland side and that'll help up his experience too.
