Unlikely afaics. Cricinfo are making hopeful references to last year's game at the Oval whne England recoved from 80 for 4 to reach 316. But IIRC Mascarenhas went ballistic at the end of that innings. Maybe Wright before then too. tbh I don't see that sort of hitting in our lower order today.

Was lots. First Wright, then Shah (who should've been caught on 42), then Mascarenhas.

That's what an 'outside chance' is. Think this lot should get 250+ from here personally, none of the bowlers should have the lower order quaking in their boots.
