Thread should close on Tuesday, as cpr has said. Come on Donny.yeah, ok, concede that, my bad, just cbf to respond decently, apologies.
EDIT; In fact it may be worth getting a mod to close this thread so that this doesnt continue, not like we need it anymore anyway with the thread for the new season up.
I wouldn't go that far. We've played some pretty bland football in the past year or two. Last season's Round of 16 tie against Milan comes to mind, both games we hardly even bothered looking at the goals IIRC. That said, I'd like to think if we made it to the Semi's/ Final of either European comp, we'd play better football than Rangers did.Concur with cpr, and also concur with Mitchell, a bottle job from Rangers, and given their anti-football I'm personally quite pleased that they've blown it. Celtic on the other hand, win or lose, are always good for some entertainment. That goes for Europe too, their game with Barca at Celtic Park was a stormer IMO.
I like your style. If I was in Manchester I would buy you a pint.Thread should stay open untill we've finished laughing at Leeds over the weekend IMO.
I'll contribute $70,000 Zimbabwean dollars to itI take paypal
Need Rangers to win that and for Lyon to beat a PSG side that are somehow rubbish these days.I wouldn't go that far. We've played some pretty bland football in the past year or two. We were lucky to win the title, we really didn't play well for about an 8 week period, but hey, I'm not gonna complain. Now all we need is Rangers to **** it up in the Scottish Cup Final, and the season is complete.
Yes, but Rangers also beat Lyon 3-0 in France. I'd instead say that Scottish football itself is around Championsip quality.Concur with cpr, and also concur with Mitchell, a bottle job from Rangers, and given their anti-football I'm personally quite pleased that they've blown it.
