He believed not merely that attack was the best form of defense, but that cricket was no fun without it. When warned, of the difficulty of the bowling and the urgent need for steadiness, he would flare out
" A fat lot of good you fellows have done with your steadiness. F>U>N>K thats how it is spelt and I'm going to stop it"
...and stop it he did.....He was a born breaker of enemy morale.

Didnt check any thing...is it

EM Grace.....

IF No GF Grace
EM Grace is correct. I would have given it to you but you are too late. Tapi doesn't get it because he knew but preferred to kid me. :(

EM Grace played just one test for England. Opened the innings with his kid brother (WG) who was also making his debut. The two of them put on 90 odd for the first wicket. EM got out for 36. WG went on to score 152. The third Grace boy making his test debut in the team - GF - opened in the second innings with Lyttleton and scored a blob to add to his blob of the first innings. EM also scored a blob in that second innings and both these brothers of WG never played any more international cricket.

Anyway. either of you can ask the next one.

International Coach
He is unique in doing this... Among the 639 players who have played for England.......

Clue : No body can break it..but some one can take this distinction away from him

Is it related to being the first in doing something ?

Is it something to be proud of?

Is it something a cricketer does on the field viz batting, bowling, fielding, keeping?

I thought if the answer is 'taking 10 wickets in an inning' then none can break it, but can match it at the best...That's why I asked...
