As an Arsenal fan, I feel slightly aggrieved by the way Flamini has acted here, true he is/was free to do as he wished, and its also true he has done a lot for Arsenal, but Arsenal have done a lot for him. To up and leave after the most succesful season he has ever had doesnt really seem like fair repayment for the patience Arsenal and Wenger have had with him, as lets face it, every season prior to this he has been pretty mediocre. Wish him all the best with his new club, but at the same time, not the greatest showing of loyalty really, but hey, we see it all the time.

Loyalty?!? This is the CDMs, what do you expect? You buy in mercenaries and guess what? They nearly always stay mercenaries. The CDMs are all about buying in mediocrity from anywhere but Britain and if any make the step up they leave to a team who will pay them more and will actually have a shot at winning something.

Hmm, not really keen on Cambridge, used to be our bogey team back in the days of John Beck.

Anywhoo, if we get to Wembley I shall be here = pub, for much of the day, may flesh it out nearer the day if it happens.

It's handy, it's situated between Wembley Central station and Wembley itself. Considering family and friends live all over the shop, it's where we've decided to meet, should we ever get there again. You can't meet in the crap Stadium itself, if you're not in the same block. All and sundry welcome to say hello, or not, as the case may be :)
I'll just quote myself here. haven't got tickets and don't know how I'm getting there, but I know which pub I'm going to.

I think my priorities may be a bit skew-whiff TBH.

since manu won ..it will be 19 more :(
This isn't true, United currently have a GD that is 17 better than Chelsea's,therefore if Chelsea win 19-0 and United win 1-0, that would give Chelsea a GD of 58 to United's 57...so in fact Chelsea only () need to win by 17 more than United do, this would give them the title on goals scored

Assuming that United doesn't win 5-4, that is. :p

Well if United win 5-4 then Chelsea need to either win by 18 or win by 17, scoring 22 in the process, or something like that, CBF doing any more GD maths

Actually I think Chelsea should go for the double figure win, it means there is still a small chance of the filth going down

They did that at 99, except the replica was at Highbury

Only the 4th team since the inception of the Prem that it's gone to the last day, and the top flight has never been decided on goal difference before

Was about to disagree there, but you might be right as we actually beat Liverpool in 1989 on goals scored, as both points & goal difference were tied. If memory serves we actually won it in 1953 on goal average from Preston too. Dunno when difference replaced average.

Mid 70s-ish I think, though far from sure.

Whoa, in my original post I typed "(though I'm sure Brumby will remind us all that it's been won on goals scored)" yet it clearly isn't there. I thought you were going a bit mad when I read your reply.

Way-hey! U's are on their way to Wembley!!
You going Brumbers?

If so you can be my sworn enemy until the 18th :p

Tickets booked. 136. Different side of the ground then last time. 127 I think that was. Heres hoping this side's a bit luckier.

Depends if I can rustle up a quorum. My mate who'd be most likely to go is in Ireland for the 18th. Know after this weekend anyway.

No surprise there. I'm going to laugh so hard if Valencia get relegated. So many good players will be there on the cheap.

Yeah was thinking that, Villa is 100% not going to stay and might be as cheap as £10m, there's also Baraja, Vicente, Joaquin, Albelda, Marchena, Banega, Miguel, Albiol, Canizares, Hildebrand...

Barca's having a summer sale as well, with Rijkaard leaving. And with Ramos in charge, Spurs are seemingly looking to sign every single player in La Liga.

David Silva... Wouldn't be surprised if 'pool tried to pick him up if they are relegated. Need a proper left winger so bad.
