So are you planning in how to rile up Leicester fans now?
Haha, thinking about it. The braindead brigade amongst our lot will chime up with "you're not famous anymore" and I'll sit there bitching with my mates about how they never were. I've never been the Walkers Stadium, so shall make that one of my away days next season, planning on consolidating my own personal improvement this season where I did a handful of aways, and doing about half - still a far cry from my old 100% record, but that's not going to happen again for a long time.

If Iain Hume is still a Leicester player next season, he'll be getting a great ovation at Prenton park, but really, the last thing I want to say is him back in a league he is too good for. Championship is the right level for him IMO, though he's welcome back here anytime.

Meh....(Not at Halsey but the comments he was replying to.)
What in my post are you mehing (is that a word?) at?

Wigan won't put up mutch of fight - We wil see Sunday
Fergie alluded to the fact that Liverpool would not give 100% in a game to cost Man Utd - He did it the season when Blackburn pipped Man Utd & the season Man Utd caught Newcastle from 12 points back. It was that allegation that caused Kevin Keegan's "I would love it if we beat them" rant.
West Ham rolled over and died for Man Utd - See Saturday's gutless performance.

For the Keegan rant it was the Dirties, which is the same thing really. EDIT: Yes, beaten to it.

The West Ham rolled up and died bit is true, but not particularly relevant IMO as they've rolled up and died against most teams of late.

As an Arsenal fan, I feel slightly aggrieved by the way Flamini has acted here, true he is/was free to do as he wished, and its also true he has done a lot for Arsenal, but Arsenal have done a lot for him. To up and leave after the most succesful season he has ever had doesnt really seem like fair repayment for the patience Arsenal and Wenger have had with him, as lets face it, every season prior to this he has been pretty mediocre. Wish him all the best with his new club, but at the same time, not the greatest showing of loyalty really, but hey, we see it all the time.

Even against 10 men who hve just had a tough game the previous tuesday whilst you should be quite fresh. Anyone can be outplayed but the 2nd half performance was like a training exercise.

3-1 down away against probably the best team in Europe... us being down to ten men didn't really affect the midfield battle IMO, just meant we had to go one up instead.

Suprised i've beaten the Exeter fans to this.

4-1. **** me you guys scraped that. Were shocking up until the 80th minute. I spent the entire match saying to my Exeter fan mate in the pub 'where's Wayne Carlisle?' 'why isn't Wayne Carlisle playing?' 'i'm better than Paul Tisdale because i'd have played Wayne Carlisle and you wouldn't be 1-0 down'. Wayne Carlisle finally comes on, scores one and sets one up. I am better than Paul Tisdale.

Basically West Ham just got blown away early. No early goals and they may have had a chance. West Ham weren't great but that's because they lost hope early.

Haha, see my post above then call it a democratic country ;)

Nah, kidding, what it'll be is he'll be in something like 200k a week, 144k after tax (dunno what the actual maths is, as i dont know italian tax rate, that'd work for 28% tax though). If it is 144,000 a week, i'm guessing its Euro's not pounds, as thats absolutely staggering amount, even for a top player. Having said that, thats a fan's article figure, nothing solid.
I've read he (Flamini) is going to take home £3m a season and I would say that is more credible. As for the post you quoted me on earlier, I sort of meant in the off-season so while the team isn't training, so if they come back at the start of July Arsenal do have two months to find a replacement. If that is not practical, I would have said to him in January last year and gave him the rest of the season to make up his mind. Therefore you have a whole transfer period to sign somebody.

OT, if Wigan lose to Man U, how much to Chelsea need to beat Bolton by to get the title on goal difference? I am assuming more then 10?

Haha wouldn't do that against the Bolton u-17s. Anybody else think it is a bit sad that a club like West Ham who have nothing to play for would just keel over from the start. FFS show some spirit and play to win and that way you install a winning culture and you actually gain some respect and go somewhere.

Rant over.
