I am a little bored so am going to do some end of season awards
best division - Championship all the way, been a great rollercoaster season, though the Prem is reaching a rather splendid last two weeks at both the top and bottom. FTR, hoping that Hull don't go up, that Chelsea win the Prem and that the filth go down
best manager - Sammy Lee, didn't last long, but did enough. Please arrange for him to manage Everton next season, or a strong League One side like Leeds or Forest.
worst ***** - Leeds. Do you need an explanation?
best moment of the season - Gotta be around 10 past 3 on FA Cup third round day when it came up on our scoreboard:
LIVERPOOL 0
HAVANT & WATERLOOVILLE 1
and then when Liverpool's equaliser came through on the scoreboard, one of the lads was on the phone to his nephew who promptly celebrated Havant's second down the phoneline. Hilarious.
Jennison Myrie-Williams -
Excuse of the season - "Linesmen really shouldn't be giving penalties in games this big"
Interview of the season - Tie between benitez's coaching and training effort, and Grant's a couple of weeks back
Best former team of Chris Greenacre's to be relegated this season - Mansfield, they can take solace in this prestigious award
I'm not Turkish, but you can tell I'm delighted - Wrexham get Brian Little as manager, sign a load of his mistakes from his time at Tranmere, and promptly finished 92nd. Now **** off and don't come back you horrible tossers, and yes I do have something to bloody say
Unfortunate - That the above weren't joined by Jester
**** of the season - Steve McClaren
I must say that concludes my awards, except for one, I am looking for a winner of the
young Gareth Barry, he's young award, apply externally
