Taylor looking like just what Bangalore needed, with Dravid striking at 100 on the other end.

And as I type Dravid goes out :)

I like the look of kohli.
He has that ricky ponting, herschelle gibbs,Yuvraj singh type of swagger about him.

Kohli is looking good .... i would be tempted to bring seamers in when the domestic players are in the middle and spinners when some of the overseas players

Boucher brings the challengers close ....just 11 to get of 12 .... what an inning by Boucher

A fantastic win by Bangalore!

Haha, it will give me unending satisfaction forever if Bangalore go on to win this tournament. Excellent stuff - great job Kallis and Dravid. Bangalore chased down 160+ today. If they do badly in this tournament, it'll be because of their bowling, not their exceptional batting.

Mumbai Indians lose thanks to some of the worst selection in the history of cricket.

YES! Go Challengers! Loved it, Taylor, Chanderpaul, Kohli, Dravid, Kallis and Boucher all noteworthy in the batting along with Khan and Akhil in the bowling.

Pity Polly had to be on the losing side though.

A lucky win for B'lore .... they had to play out of the skins to beat MI who were w/o some of their key players .... though this MI side could have beaten B'lore, if Pollock had got to play a few more balls

MI can take heart from this and the fact that they would get strengthened with the availability of Tendulkar, Loots and Bravo .... they need to improve their bowling, it's obvious that they failed to pick up some of the good bowlers from the domestics

next game

B'lore :whip: MI

Tendulkar, Jayasuriua, Loots/Ronchi, Uthappa, Pollock and Bravo would be a cool line up :D

Good to see domestic performers like Nayar, Akhil & Virat kohli do their bits along side class acts like Kallis, Pollock & Boucher. Usually even the Indian stars like Tendulkar only make guest appearances in the domestic circuit.

IPL will raise the confidence and quality of Indian domestic players, one feels and hopes.
