That was sick, at the interview afterwards Brendan looked as shocked as anyone. SRK looked top of the freaking world as well.

Ah, well I don't want to write a team off after one innings but that type of explosiveness is an area Bangalore are pretty light on in this tournament. Hope Cam and co can lift them close to this.

No slight intended, but Aussies are fervently patriotic and aren't of the same character when the pride of their country isn't on the line. You can see it coming through in the Aussie CW posters here.
Just had a bad day IMO. I'll back Ponting to turn it around. White's **** as a bowler though. Noffke at least looked decent when not facing McCullum.

International Debutant
all credit to Mccullum but how small is this ground??

two flicks over the bowlers head went for sixes and that first top edge???? wtf

No one's even getting close to McCullum's 158* in the IPL this year IMO.
I won't be too sure about that considering the the kind of flat-tracks+ short boundaries, they have you never know some big hitting bloke might just go beserk, and before we know someone might hit a double-century in a T20 game.

Unlikely. There is just too little time. Obviously it can happen, but there has never been a double in ODI and that's been around for decades and has had plenty of flat pitches.
