When they showed the team lineup before I thought it was a bit dumb playing him instead of Ross Taylor. Could be wrong.

The coverage is a bit rubbish online, isn't it? There's no photos at all... of the ceremony or of the match. By now you'd normally have some up on the BBC or on cricinfo.

Cricinfo ball by ball is as good as ever though.

I think you need time for rivalries to build up and for the format to settle down - you can't expect it from the first match. All the players are trying hard, you can tell that. But it's not going to mimic international passions, obviously. Not after one day.
