Haha yeah baby yeah!! Damn I'm loving this season now. Good individual form + good team form. Let's keep it up guys.

Another awesome team effort. Thommo, Watt, Kears, Sharma & Dauth were brilliant.

Turb, go to the "Office of the Stats Keeper" thread for FC stats

In the OD, i did it for the team, blood sacrifice to get the form batters in. Good to get on a roll here though fellas.

Top win Reds, great bowling from Wattles, and a gutsy Kearsley innings in the first dig set us up nicely. Then some great batting from Thompson and Del a Cruz to carry us home.

In other news, relatively unknown paceman David Kennett claimed J Griffen as his 1000th FC scalp (by my count. I could be wrong).

How we managed to lose after having them at 5-189 chasing 300 odd is beyond me.

Piss poor. Second innings batting was so horrible.

Hmm, a match full of decent performances with nobody standing up. Reds had someone stand up and that made the difference. Gutted.

You really don't like batting in the middle order do ya. Would be easy call for mine with you averaging 50 odd and Blackman averaging 30 odd.

Any chance of an update of the FC stats file also?

Flukey runs are better than no runs.
Thing is, those flukey runs have been few and far between. His average is greatly boosted by an unbeaten 300, in which he was dropped 9 times. Of course your average is greatly boosted by your 200, but you also have to take into account the times you batted out of position.

And no surprise that your best innings this season have come while batting with Arnold. Would be a meek surrender, rather than strong leadership, to drop yourself IMO.
