117 is like 6 runs an over.. no team really would chase down 196 going at 6 an over at the 20 mark...
Er, what? 117 is a target for Australia to make if it rains for the next two hours and they only get left with 20 overs to make it.

If they start and it gets abandoned after 20 overs they need to be 58/0, 63/1, 70/2, 80/3, 92/4 or 108/5 (etc).

No, he meant that would be the target if overs were lost in the innings break and Australia came out with 20 overs left before they'd faced a ball. The target will change depending on other factors (score at the time, wickets lost, overs gone) if overs are lost in the middle of Australia's innings.

Well, at least this team is young and fit. 8-)
I dont understand this continuous criticism of this young team. Some folks here are going on and on about the selection of young players ahead of Dravid/Ganguly, as if their presence was going to to win matches for India against the Aussies.

FYI - India have won only 1 match against Australia in last 15 years out of 10 they played.

What's so great about Sreesanth aside from his giant mouth?
Swing, pace, hostility, accuracy etc. The makings of a very good bowler, moreso in Tests, but has the tendency to be wayward.

How can accuracy and waywardness go together? You mean he pitches the ball at good spots but could do with more accuracy. :goof:

I meant when Sreesanth is in good form that he is very accurate, but tends to be wayward a fair amount of time. Didn't make sense now that I look at it, but meh. :p
