I thought they did the right thing. They didn't celebrate the wicket and they all just clapped him off. I hope Kevin Pietersen was taking notes, as his celebration in dismissing Lara in his final innings was way over the top.

I also dont love every player but to call them the worst bloke ever etc is a bit much I would have thought personally.

Bit of a sad moment, but I thought the Indian players were good about it. Maybe we'll get to see him bat tomorrow, who knows.
Sharma seems a good sort with a fair head on his shoulders for a 19yo.
I hope India can build their team around him & RP for a few years to come.

I noticed that after taking the catch Virender Sehwag just started applauding Gilchrist, and Ishant Sharma also ran in to shake his hand, which was a nice touch.

Nah. India's selection policy is based on a long hair requirement. Once Dhoni trimmed his it was inevitable that Zaheer got injured and Sharma got picked.
