I'd say the *is safely affixed on that Test, and unfortunately to some degree the series. It's an exercise in futility trying to deny that or prove to those that do, as it has been too emotionally charged a series for bias not to cloud our judgement.

Just move on, and take each Test for what it's worth from this point, which is some really good cricket, drama and rivalries. In a way it's good that India have bounced back because they have salvaged the series from one that would only be remembered by that 2nd test, to one which offered so much more. You have to agree that you couldn't script this any better as far as entertainment goes.

Meh, doesn't change the fact that Procter isn't qualfied to be making such decisions and that essentially he took one man's word over another. Something which he himself lied about.

In essence a judgement call from a not exactly qualified judge has branded a guy a racist. No concrete evidence was cited, Special Counsel or not.

All Harbhajan himself has said is that he has said nothing racist. What Sachin has said is that he is aware of the words that transpired and none of it was racist. So there is only one story from him.

- Specifically to say he said nothing at all is to misrepresent him. Not what he said.
- The reference to monkey diety is not by him (it was Chetan Chauhan)
- The 'teri maan ki' , while speculation, is consistent with him saying nothing racist.
- By itself 'teri maan ki' is not even a literal insult ("Your mother's,,,"), though the implication could be there. It very much is like saying "what the ....", when one may have wanted to say "what the f**k"

So there are no multiple stories from Harbhajan here, sorry. You are being disingenuous here about a serious matter.
