i can't understand Sachin's strategy here.. isn't he suppose to face more balls himself instead of taking singles and giving strike more to Kumble.. he did the same thing in Sydne as a result of that he was not out for 154.. and if it wasn't for H. Singh he wouldn't even get to that score..

That makes no sense at all. When does a fielding team EVER benefit from an incompetent peice of wicket keeping?
It does make sense. The fielding team benefits if the keeper is competent and doesn't benefit when is keeper is incompetent.

The batting team benefits from incompetent keeping.
