I thought Laxman batted after these three?
Nah, I don't think so, I'm sure there have been definitely more than 10 players who have averaged more than TendulkarThere have really only been maybe 10 guys of Tendulkar's class in the history of cricket, so he'll be very hard to replace...
Put your right foot in fire and put your left foot in ice.The average in between will be pretty decent.Nah, I don't think so, I'm sure there have been definitely more than 10 players who have averaged more than Tendulkar
Yuvraj may still end up a decent test bat but he's certainly not someone I'd expect to be India's best in the next 5-10 years. Pujara, Sharma, Raina, Tiwary and Kohli come to mind.I wouldn't say good chance that Yuvraj, and especially Kaif (even though I love him ) will reach Laxman's level. We can hope, and I haven't lost faith in Yuvraj yet, but I don't think you can say there's a good chance that both will be a 42+ average player who can get their team out of a crisis like VVS can.
Nah man, there are better first class cricketers than Uthappa.OUT: Tendulkar, Ganguly, Dravid
IN: Ghambir, Uthappa, R.Sharma
If you followed a bit of domestic cricket keenly, you would have heard of him.Who is this Badrinath fellow?? I have just spent 6 months in India but have never seen his name mentioned in the sport pages. Looks like just idle hype.
I though the article would some kind of joke but he is for real ! I think the search is over; with a name like that he has to be the next batting sensation. The solution to Rahul Dravid and Sachin Tendulkar retiring is Rahul Tondulkar:
