Your probably the most biased aussie poster I've ever encountered on these boards. In real time, even you probably would've given that out, although knowing your bias in your posts maybe not.Spot on.
Will be interesting to see if the Indian media react in the same way against their own team. The Aussies have been victims of 2 poor decisions at a vital time in the match. The Indians were the victims of 1 and still had a hissy fit.
Would be a comeback even Lazardis would be proud of.Gilchrist has rescued Australia many many times in the past. We absolutely must get his wicket ASAP.
1? Are you serious? The Indians were the victims of 1 and still had a hissy fit.
Yeah exactly my thoughts.
It shouldn't be. Do you know Symonds personally? It's petty and pathetic.Again, bemused as to how this is acceptable...
True - tell it to the BCCI.Not too fussed about the umpiring. We had some luck in Sydney - India have had some today, but honestly, the game was well and truly in their hands already. Its not worth getting upset about, because as was mentioned about 6000 times in the past couple of weeks, THESE THINGS EVEN OUT IN THE END.
At a vital time I meant. Not getting Symo at 6/180 or whatever it was isn't a vital time at the match.1? Are you serious?
Too right. You can't give batsmen out just because you don't like the shot or non-shot they've chosen. That wasn't going to hit.
Craig=Nostradamus?
Oh, boo hoo.
Lazarus. The other bloke is a kickboxer isn't he?Would be a comeback even Lazardis would be proud of.
They don't even out, unless you can go back in time and change results. That's the most dire excuse ever.True - tell it to the BCCI.
i've never umpired at any senior level. Umpired once or twice at junior level, which i know is completely different. These blokes are getting paid alot of money to do a job though, and they aren't doing it.Have you ever umpired? Geniune question.
Fiery would be loving this, in the land of being banned.
Yes, it was absolutely at a vital time.At a vital time I meant. Not getting Symo at 6/180 or whatever it was isn't a vital time at the match.
DWTA.At a vital time I meant. Not getting Symo at 6/180 or whatever it was isn't a vital time at the match.
The Dravid one was at a vital time and the Indians went nuts. We've had 2 at a very vital time.
Of course it did - from 120 metres away, not 1 metre away like the keeper & close fielders, or 20 metres away where the bowler and umpire were. What are you talking about? Looked dead in real time.
Lazaridis is an Aussie footballer. Played in the English Premiership for a whileLazarus. The other bloke is a kickboxer isn't he?
It wasn't as obvious as you say it was. It was a ridiculously late edge too.Of course it did - from 120 metres away, not 1 metre away like the keeper & close fielders, or 20 metres away where the bowler and umpire were.
In any event my comment wasn't about the decision, it was about the vociferously appealing perpetrator of the "it's not cricket to appeal when you know it's not out" comment we had after Sydney.
