There is quite a few Lleyton Hewitt style C'mons happening around the country right now and not a tennis ball to be seen.
It's one thing to feel sorry after your players are gone or to feel upset when you're behind...but ****...you're upset even when you're in front.Tendulkar gone for 13
Honestly, I feel pretty sorry for the Indian fans.
About India collapsing for less than a 300 lead? I'll let you know after Tait's spell.Anyone doubting me now?
tbh think the ball will talk less on days 4ish....300 is starting to look like a very good total on this pitch.
Agreed. SRT has been pushing that LBW a bit this series, even in the first innings of this test at the start of his knock and soon after he passed 50, he was getting a little too crease bound and getting rapped in front when trying to work it away on the onside over and over again. Been lucky so far, until now.Oh dear, pathetic work from Dravid, Tendulkar and Ganguly. Come on VVS.
For the record, I don't think India are the worst team in the world by any measure. WI and NZ are definitely significantly worse ATM. As for Pakistan, England, SL and SA, it's sort of level. No, because Australia will likely win. That's not the point though. You're being an asshole for the sake of being an asshole.
You say India struggle to win test matches. Ummm they're better at doing that than any other team other than Australia. They're clearly 2nd best in the world, its just Australia are a crap load better than them.
You mock India in this thread and forum all the time like they're the worst team in the world. They're far better than Pakistan, New Zealand, West Indies and England and just ahead of SL and South Africa as well.
No other team would have even come close to getting a first innings lead against Australia on home soil.
The reality though, as Jono and others have pointed out, is that this actually IS a really good period for Indian cricket. And they are actually doing really well this tour - they arguably could well have won the last test if not for the umpiring, and even if they lose this one (against an amazing opponent - and they are still in a very good position) they have clearly demonstrated that they are the bona fide number two team and they can definitely mix it up with the Australians.Tendulkar gone for 13
