Surely with the Aussies up 1-0 and if the game today is washed out the Aussies would win the series.I just heard the 7 sports reporter say if today's game is washed out NZ will retain the trophy even though Australia lead 1-0. Anyone know if thats true
Me too- she looks OK though: http://mirror.bom.gov.au/products/IDR373.shtmlAnyone know what's happening with weather, etc? I'm at work
Good, ta. No toss yet anyone? Cricinfo tells me nothingMe too- she looks OK though: http://mirror.bom.gov.au/products/IDR373.shtml
That's cricket. Aus lost a Test and series for the first time in SL in 1998 and only the first Test was completed, the other two severely rain-affected. Mind you, with a ODI they could just play it on a reserve day I guess.I think if the majority of the games are washed out it is not fair to say one team has won the series from winning one match it just does not seem fair even though they most probably would win anyway. According to a weather site it says the forecast is just partly cloudy but I just saw thunderstorms on the tv weather up-date.

Good bloke- cult figure: http://www.cricketweb.net/forum/showthread.php?t=23490&highlight=the+many+facesThis may sound strange, but this current NZ team is really missing McMillan. His new role of batting at no.6 or 7 was suiting him down to the ground and we wouldn't have been missing the firepower at the death overs if he hadn't retired.
Freakish.Fair dinkum - the way these guys bat amazes me.
Ponting just looked horrid, then he just clicks into gear and hits a few boundaries. These really good players are just in a scary league, aren't htey?
