***Official*** New Zealand in South Africa

Well at least Nel’s made a game of it. Although, problem is that the wicket is a bread butter for the New Zealanders, no bounce, no pace and the lengths needed to bowl well are made for their bowlers. South Africa need something special with the new ball to have a chance, like that run out.

South Africa getting a good hiding tonight.

Charl Langeveldt looks like he is on the wrong side of thirty, lost his nip and doesn’t swing the ball like he use to. Andre Nel’s figures are an absolute disgrace but not surprising considering his never delivered when South Africa require him to be their figurehead. Johan Botha is a clown whilst Morkel seems to have a fixation of bowling every kind of delivery under the sun every over, when wickets like this don’t require the bowlers to be particularly inventive.

I feel for Pollock.

McCullum and How look set to break Astle and Vincent's record (156) for the largest second wicket partnership in a ODI.
