It probably is. Perhaps the only reason I haven't been banned is because James is away. We'll see what happens when he gets back.

Waughney hasn't posted in ages. Most people here don't even remember him, so the chances of them having talked to him are slim-to-nil.

If Richard's going to start Birthday threads, on his own whims and preferences, for inactive posters who nobody remembers, he may as well do it over e-mail or MSN, tbh. Loads of people have expressed their dislike over his birthday threads, particularly for inactive posters. He'd have done well to take those opinions on-board by now.

I did edit my post to say I agree that things did get awfully out of hand out there.
