Watched Gordon play Sydney Uni today. So good for so many reasons.
McDonald bowling awesomely to take four.
Had a good chat with Nicho, who wasn't playing, and Packman.
Greg Matthews bowling for SU. Bowled like a gun taking 2/40-odd and was hilarious in the field. Would charge in, do a weird jump thing and then raise his arm whenever the ball went near him so the bloke behind him would have to get it, or failing that, it'd just go for four.
Zelma bowling like a gun.
Mail batting so, so well. Carried his bat through.
Casson being dreadful. Such a nice bloke, and so keen to learn, but honestly. Bowled a half-tracker and I literally started crying. Was so funny. Made my day.

I don't think any of the players need a rest.
In saying that though, aside from it stuffing up my domestic cricket fantasy team, I would love to see him be given a game.
Although Noffke is a better 4 day player then 1 day..

If you can drop Hodge after an unbeaten double hundred you can drop whoever the **** you want. Fact is we don't lose much with the bat and gain much more with the ball, and as far as this summer is concerned so far, we don't need to bat so far down. Gilly's batted once in two tests ffs.
