Haha, will do a write-up in a bit. LOL @ Smart getting smacked around, gambled playing him, but with his fitness it did not pay off. Well batted Saggers. :)

Pretty happy with that to be honest, though obviously Chalky's got stuck in the sand a little. Gutted my ratings are so crappy on PAN compared to others with my PFLs pretty good. Worst bowler is a quality-strong, going to log on to www.needsecondaries.com!

Beaumont! What a gun, too bad he only hit 10 off the last over, would have been a gun century.

End of Over 10: 55-0, runrate=5.50, reqrunrate=8.05 (376-3)
Hartburn 5-0-38-0
Carter-harris* 30 (27 balls)
Tailor 24 (33 balls)

I think we're playing on cement here. Hartburn marginally better than these two, probably only 2-3 levels, getting smashed around. Wikus to take 10 in the last 10 imo.

Just be glad it was on your H&F and not my Cracked pitch. Good game anyway. My best 3 bats just made the game impossible for you.

Magrat Garlick

Outclassed by Jaffna. Playing five rubbish bowlers clearly not a winning tactic.

Dynamo Morpork 202 all out (47.3)
Jaffna Jets 206/1 (35.1)

Beard XI vs. Clutha Valley CC: Having put Clutha in, Oleary and Pead took two cheap early wickets to restrict the early scoring, but Wilde is having a bit of a shocker and the run-rate has crept up. Could go either way at the 20 over point, with no major batsman yet to fall:

End of Over 20: 85-2, runrate=4.25
Wilde 5-0-33-0
Ohalloran* 40 (68 balls)
Bittner 35 (34 balls)

Wow I honestly thought we'd be shot out for something in the mid 40's but 100 odd against top notch bowling gosh:blink:

yep, hence the awkward relief at not being shot out so bad as feared

Scaly Piscine CC won the toss and elected to field.
Pitch: Flat

End of Over 2: 9-0, runrate=4.50, reqrunrate=1.83 (96-10)
Searle 1-0-6-0
Armstrong* 5 (6 balls)
Packer 4 (6 balls)

Latest.

You know i had a look at his season and i reckon my boys would have stood a chance against the second stringers he's been playing in the OD league

Looks like he is playing a decent squad here though. Summers and Patel playing, both very gun. Didnt look at his squad properly, could be full strength?

Bowled Clutha Valley CC out for 203, Oleary with 5-34, Ohalloran with 56 and Martin 52 not out. Would hope to chase that on a flat pitch, but you never know.
