Hugely underrated member from my time on CW, always interesting, always well mannered. And quite a handy cricket writer too. A lot that CW posters can learn from you, sure others agree with me on this.

If there is one thing in the whole world that is closer to my heart than the game fo cricket or anything else it is Indo-Pak relations and Hindu-Muslim relations.

I always tell my fellow peers that my generation has no/little issues regarding this topic. Its mainly the generation above us (parents/grandparents) that find it difficult to mend ways and live in peace.

Then no need to critize sreesanth as well........if u can justify symonds for his action...with that thought of thinking...

and care to explain why a spinner will walk upto the batsmen and talk..being a fast bowler at least he can say he just took 3-4 extra steps in his follow through.....

Not a chance, I have no problems with people wanting to put them on the same level, but to say he is worse than the others has very little basis to say the least.

And would a disgrace to cricket say something like this?

Look, I agree that the players should settle down and it's not something I want to see, but reactions here are way over the top. Especially when there has been so much worse on and off field cricket stuff over the past year, a little bit of heat of the moment carrying on really shouldn't be so heavily criticised.

This is absolute rubbish, there's no way you'll end up standing on the popping crease at the opposite end of the pitch after a delivery unless you either make an effort to get there, or you have a rocket up your arse. As it was, Sreesanth went to pick up the ball after it hit Haddin, so did have a reason to be there.

In my opinion, there's no way Symonds is worse than Sreesanth based purely on recent behaviour. I have never seen Symonds do anything close to what Sreesanth's been up to...but maybe I'm not looking closely enough. As I said before, some of us think attempting some extremely poor sportsmanship is ok, but you should never talk on the field. Others think talking is ok, but poor sportsmanship is the worst of the worst. I don't think we'll ever agree!
