The Battle of the Commentators

Waqar? My lord, why not nominate Healy & be done with it?!

Anyway, I'll second Athers & Gower. Thought Goughy had nominated Trueman too tho?

EDIT: Fannies. Beaten to it. :(

Whoops... missed Trueman off the list above. Now corrected.

We have 34 commentators nominated and seconded. Might have to make the first round have 3 options per skirmish, or we could just start and have a couple of 3 options skirmishes randomly in the first round.

What would more experienced 'battlers' recommend in these circumstances?

I might just leave the start to tomorrow morning (NZ time) to let the UK daytime have their fair share of nominating/seconding time, and maybe we'll get 48 starters to make the first round a 3 option one. The cream will still rise to the top!

Due to the Cricketweb forum being down last night (daytime in the UK) I will start the battle tomorrow morning NZ Time. Each battle will run for 24 hours or until an individual commentator leads by over 10 votes in a particular battle.

This will give anyone an extra 12 hours in which to complete nominating and seconding...
