NZ aren't an on and off side, they're one of the most consistent sides in cricket. The trouble for them is they're consistently decent but decent isn't good enough to beat the better sides.

Not really. The personnel are still mediocre, they play reasonably well as a team obviously. Any team with aspirations of winning anything won't be losing too much sleep about them tho.

Nice catch. Rain breaks in Twenty20 would seem to disadvantage the batting side more than any other format with so little time for the batsmen to get back in if they'd already done so before the break.
