requirements of a manager?

State Regular
hi guys, was just wondering if you could give me and maybe a few others who are unsure of what managing a side in this requires. I had signed up to do a 2nd XI managers position this year with NSW earlier but time constraints affected me ( sorry buggsy) and therefore couldnt continue with it, and i wasnt completely sure what was required of me, so yeah i was wondering what is required i.e how often games are played so that people like myself know how often you need to submit sides etc. as i'm keen to be involved and help you fill one of those managerial positions but i want to make sure i will have enough time available to do so

managers roles are to submit sides, meant to write match reports and post up player of the year points. games are simmed every week over the weekend preferebly and most times teams need to be in by thursday midnight and or the new deadline friday midnight.

there is also a cup knockout format which is run during midweek.

get involved mate the more there is the better it is.

i guess after the season ends people write up season reports function nights etc and then the draft happens and does trading where you swap players for players.

you may need to obtain stats at the end of the season for new players but thats a very rare occasion.

hope this helps mate!
