Yeah but because of the merger the club has really been around for 111 years as well (if not more because of overlap) and really has 14 premierships. Regardless, Essendon are dire nonetheless and have just lost the only classy player they've had in years to make matters worse.

Collingwood/Sydney shapes up to be a thriller but due to their general midfield hardness and Hall back, I'd have to back Sydney
