Done very well to knock that off. Bringing long off into the circle was an interesting decision for me. Think I'd rather have a batsman trying to sweep a quick bowler than just push him down the ground! Hindsight is a wonderful thing mind. Roll on Lords!

Yeah, was a tough decision to make.

Lords is going to be awesome, can't wait. Have a 21st party on that night, may have to leave early

India's performance And Rahul's captaincy in this game has been comical. If Guys like Uthapa, Gambhir are the future of Indian batting then I must say the future isn't very bright.
Agreed on Gambhir, he's not good enough IMO (though he wasn't terribly horrible in the last 2 games), but Uthappa did alright ;)

Also I hope this win doesn't take away from Dravid's poor captaincy. It probably will because of all the tension, but lets hope Rahul, and the Indian camp don't act so stupidly in the future.

By this I refer to:
a) Playing AA continuously
b) Bowling Yuvi at the death
c) Having the runner take half an hour to get to Sachin
d) Sending in Gambhir at 3 when Sachin can't move

etc. etc.
