dito mate agreed! And I'd be extremely surprised if Liverpool don't mount a serious challenge for the Premiership.
The big question really is if Torres can continue to impress.....if so, then in Torres, Crouchy, Kuyt and Voronin....the goals will continue to flow for the Reds.
Midfield and defence have been solid for Liverpool under Benitez but it's always been a question of their cutting edge upfront.
In my experience, obviously with exceptions, Liverpool fans do tend to be ****s.man utd and chelski are far worse than the kop fans!
Anyone who watches the Spanish League should know that Torres is ridiculously overpriced. There was talk of him going to United at one point, and I'm very glad we didn't get him.And I'd be extremely surprised if Liverpool don't mount a serious challenge for the Premiership.

Agreed. Although with fewer exceptions, most United fans deserve a worse word attributed to them.In my experience, obviously with exceptions, Liverpool fans do tend to be ****s.
certainly overpriced, but he's looked good so far, regardless of the opposition his technique and composure have been superb, plus....were i a man utd fan, i'd secretly prefer to have him than carlos tevez.Anyone who watches the Spanish League should know that Torres is ridiculously overpriced. it all boils down to whether or not torres can cut it through the winter months when the honey-moon period for him is over...if he can knuckle down and continue to score goals then that is the only hope liverpool have of seriously contesting the title, because otherwise they simply lack the firepower up front. And I'd be extremely surprised if Liverpool don't mount a serious challenge for the Premiership.

prettu stong surprisingly, had a good one from a decent distance out well saved the other day, has a good jump and tecnique heading the ball, unlikely to score many with his head though perhaps..How's Torres' heading?
Not seen too much of him this year it must be said, however in Spain he had the unfortunate habit of missing sitters.certainly overpriced, but he's looked good so far, regardless of the opposition his technique and composure have been superb, plus....were i a man utd fan, i'd secretly prefer to have him than carlos tevez.
Israel didn't give England much room yea, but in that game other than Carragher's header that hit the post & Lennon pace & tricks down the left (that night i think) England hardly created a chance if my memory served me correctly. They actually gave up after a point.4-3-3 may cause us even more problems against the likes of Israel, given how little room they gave us on the edge of their area in Tel Aviv. We'd be better off sitting back and giving the more creative players some space, rather than playing further forward (as naturally you would with a 4-3-3) and packing the area.
seeing as england dont have many good attacking players i have to disagree, and thats one of the smaller reasons why that is a bad idea. The main idea for me is for England to go out againts Isreal & Russia with a very attacking mindset
not sure how you worked that out, these are the three players in the side who are MOST likely to be bullied, esspecially seeing as they are either lacking match fitness or lacking international experience.Cole & Young will be more closer to Owen so he won't be bullied
funny how your diagram looks exactly like......a 4-3-3 formation then....Fact is we have to attack these teams, 4-3-3 might not the best idea probably yea since Owen will be bullied off the ball even if Cole & Young on the wings are a threat. So maybe a 4-3-2-1 formation could work:
young strikers do that, it just happens. Not seen too much of him this year it must be said, however in Spain he had the unfortunate habit of missing sitters.
Or lacking physical prowess.not sure how you worked that out, these are the three players in the side who are MOST likely to be bullied, esspecially seeing as they are either lacking match fitness or lacking international experience.
so me being a liverpool fan your saying i am no good!In my experience, obviously with exceptions, Liverpool fans do tend to be ****s.
precisely, nicely summarised sriram.Or lacking physical prowess.
That's a shocking front three, based purely on pace rather than having a target man who'll make it easier for you to build attacks by holding up the ball.
The kind of football England plays, if you put those three in the same squad it's the recipe for disaster.
I dont think thats actually what hes getting at mate.so me being a liverpool fan your saying i am no good!
