What makes you so sure, they have currently have 11 players out injured.Nah, they'll do it
Gut feeling, and i can't wait to see ManUre crash and burn. What makes you so sure, they have currently have 11 players out injured.
Would personally put it down to a preference and bias more than anything. Most people I know that support non-United sides (with the odd exception of Arsenal, not sure on exactly why) are saying they think Chelsea will take it this season... although the bookies and media are all saying United - along with, of course, the United fans.If I were Clapo I'd accept the ignorant point.
Glory HunterPredictions time
Top 6: Man United, Chelsea , Liverpool, Tottenham, Arsenal, Newcastle (in no particular order)
FA Cup: Tranmere Rovers
Carling Cup: Tranmere Rovers
Relegated: Fulham, Derby, one random that noone is expecting
Best buy: Danny Coyne
Biggest flop: Tevez
Player of Year: Greenacre
Goalscorer: Greenacre
Dark Horse: In the prem...Tottenham.
Don't see how it's getting-out considering he hasn't even flopped yet. That old get out.
Basically, the key point is that anyone saying with any degree of confidence who they think will win it is being a bit of a mug.Would personally put it down to a preference and bias more than anything. Most people I know that support non-United sides (with the odd exception of Arsenal, not sure on exactly why) are saying they think Chelsea will take it this season... although the bookies and media are all saying United - along with, of course, the United fans.
Well Sam Allardyce, Franz Beckenbauer and Alex Ferguson must all be idiots then huh?Says the one who thought United could win 4 and that Chris Eagles, Fletcher and Smith are all decent players.
It's just that, correct me if I'm wrong, the semis and final of the Carling Cup are in the period when Chelsea lose some of their best players. If he mentioned Liverpool or Arsenal I could understand but it's a bit of a risk saying Chelsea will win it unless they're facing a Championship or bottom half Prem team.Would personally put it down to a preference and bias more than anything. Most people I know that support non-United sides (with the odd exception of Arsenal, not sure on exactly why) are saying they think Chelsea will take it this season... although the bookies and media are all saying United - along with, of course, the United fans.
Sidenote - Eagles and Fletcher are decent as squad players. I wouldn't have said so at the start of last season, but Fletch impressed me well enough and Eagles has only improved at a fast rate... but will reserve full judgement 'til he plays more games that actually mean something.
Huzzah! Should start against City then. Rooney and Tevez partnership has enormous potential. Can't wait.Tevez officially signed by United. Thank God that's over.
Well they must be idiots if they agree with me that Fletcher and Smith aren't crap. Eagles hasn't played any Prem football for a decent run but in those games and the friendlies before this season he's not been out of his depth. Have only seen the Prem games he played in and he did well. Judging by all reports he's lighted up preseason but can't justify that without firsthand knowledge.Prediction: This debate will go nowhere.
I agree. Eagles is oozing talent. Anyone see his goals in the Asian Tour? Pure class.Smith is a good Premiership player, nothing more, nothing less, not really good enough to be at United, like it or not.
Fletcher is underrated and a very good central midfielder, is rubbish out wide though.
Eagles looks like a talent to me.
