Chappell needs to go now. Ponting has scored 44 in three innings. O'Reilly has been largely disappointing. Miller needs a little shake-up in the lineup as well. Ponting might just make it ahead of Harvey (who was dropped while averaging 46, btw) or Waugh (the perfect man for this situation).

Headley needs to go. Garner had one bad game but he's still averaging 27 on the tour - give him another shot. Walsh > Gibbs? Depends on the pitch, perhaps. The Windies are not in a position to take it easy here. An away win would provide a huge boost in confidence before we head back to the Carribean.

What?? Fair result but i must say im very surprised given the history between the two sides at the SCG. At first i was gonna question how on earth Hayden got 2 centuries (given his short comings in the past against quality pace) but then i realised that it was a Sydney pitch which wood have nullified Wi attack to an extent plus WI were one pace bowler short.

It's made up for by the statistical impossibility of DG Bradman averaging only 52.Seriously man, what is your obsession with Matt Hayden??
He is scoring too many runs against probably the best bowling line he ever faced.

57 & 77* is hardly "not showing up" but agreed he's making far too many 50s without converting into tons, doesn't seem right.Damnit, Bradman still not showing up. But Hayden, once again, proving his legendary status.
Blazing matches from Hayden and Viv in particular - if we can have such a high scoring Test in Sydney, imagine what Adelaide could produce...
