He was pretty expensive yesterday and couldn't get into much of a rhythm, Ashraful has just brought him back into the attack now.Wonder why Mortaza's bowled only 3 overs?.
He got dropped after the first test, after a run of poor form. Tushar isn't much chop really, no.I've only just noticed that Saqibal Hasan isn't playing. Anyone know if his deputy Tushur Imran is any good because I think Saqibal would make a good test match batsmen.
A silly decision on behalf of the selectors, he was dropped after the first Test in which he performed only averagely. They need to give him an extended run, he could really make the #6 spot his own. Tushar Imran is an incredibly mediocre batsman.I've only just noticed that Saqibal Hasan isn't playing. I was thinking a future Bangladesh top 7 of....A silly decision on behalf of the selectors, he was dropped after the first Test in which he performed only averagely. They need to give him an extended run, he could really make the #6 spot his own. Tushar Imran is an incredibly mediocre batsman.
Not sure about that NUFAN. Rasel really hasn't played much test cricket.Syed Rasel > Steve Harmison.
Indeed, however he knows how to bowl. That's always a start when attempting to be a test bowler, and something he has over Mr. Harmison. Not sure about that NUFAN. Rasel really hasn't played much test cricket.
Aftab needs to prove that he has the brains to play Test cricket before he comes back into consideration. Alok Kapali is another who could break into the team, as is Farhad Reza. There are a lot of young batsman in domestic cricket that could be pushing for a spot in a few years.I was thinking a future Bangladesh top 7 of....
Mehrab Hossain jnr
Shahriar Nafees
Rajin Saleh
Saqibal Hasan
Mohammed Ashraful
Aftab Ahmed
Mushfiqur Rahim
could be pretty useful in the coming years.
I've never been a fan of his in Test cricket, mainly due to his lack of pace. Very good ODI bowler though. He's more accurate than Harmison that's for sure. Not sure if he has the penetration to be a good test match bowler tbh.
We should probably give him a chance seeing as this is just his 6th test. I'm with you though tbh, it will be extremely difficult for someone of his pace (70-75mph) to be really successful in test match cricket.I've never been a fan of his in Test cricket, mainly due to his lack of pace.
...is that all?. Just 13 bowlers who have 10 test match wickets!!!!!.Congratulations to Syed Rasel for joining an exclusive bunch of 13 Bangladesh Cricketers in reaching 10 Test wickets. Well done son.
