Do you remember that burst by Wasim and Waqar an hour before close on the third day, twelve years on I still believe that is the most fierce spell of pure fast bowling I have ever seen.

Not Karachi 06, for every pakistani cricket fan it must be a special game as after first half hour, the fight that Pak put up was just amazing.....but to me it still wasnt the best game of three as the historic indian inability to put up fight against Pak sneaked in and thus made the game slightly less attractive to me.

Karachi 1994, I remember the game very well as 7th grader i used to sneak out of my school during the lunch break and catch the game for half an hour usually last half hour before the lunch and final 2 hours of play after i got done with school from 3:00pm onwards....on first day of this game i actually faked sickness at school at managed to convince my school head master to let me go home.. when i got home i saw Michael Slater Spanking Waqar for two square cuts in his first over and i told myself this is going to be fun.....and sure it was....final day's play, i got back from school right when Mushtaq was walking out of dressing room as last man....i told my dad that draw is still a possibility as mushtaq (after a season with his county, i belive 1994 was his first season in county cricket)has become better bastman than average # 11.....but soon the way Mushtaq went after bowlers...specially warne and pulled him and flicked him through mid wicket for couple of boundries...the draw option went out of window.......overall great game...probably the best test match i have seen in my life.

I remember it like it just happened yesterday, amazing...wasim and waqar in those days could do what god couldnt.....both waughs were cleaned up by waqar and then wasim came in clenaed up Michael Baven and rest....superb display of fast bowling
