You and Best Indies forfeit the first round matches and come back 2nd round. Not much else you can do really. Just make sure you don't arrange anymore friendlies.

Challenged Citizens Erased, but did so at his ground, as he has a much bigger capacity than mine - is that ok? If not, he'll have to reject me and we'll do it the other way round.

It's never been a problem tbh, and I don't really mind having home advantage.
