Scaly piscine

Cricket Web: All-Time Legend
Popless. Won in the cup on Sunday, slight upset on ratings really, tho my middle order and spin bowling is down a shade because of PFL, but I've not seen any real effect when a player is on like invigorated or whatever. They had three spinners whereas I have two, so my bowling is actually a bit better.

Big Hitters Scaly Piscine CC
Top Order: wonderful quality
Middle Order: remarkable superb
Lower Order: woeful abysmal
Seam Bowling: exceptional exceptional
Spin Bowling: quality quality
Fielding: competent mediocre

They got 238-8 (they were lucky their collapse happened late) and I chased it down in 45 overs for the loss off Packer and Armstrong who just fell short of half-centuries. Wheat was the star with 76* off 66 - definitely seems to like batting at 4, just got to find Armstrong's favoured batting position now.

Unless you're a paying member, you'll have to track them yourself. Just save the players you're training in a notepad document and watch their stats every monday when training occurs. There's also some spreadsheets out there that track them for you but I found them more annoying than they were worth.

Been away for three training updates and only got some pops last week, which were:

Liam Bromby - 19 yo, BT Rating=26,923
RH Batsman, RM Bowler, superb batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A cautious player with woeful leadership skills and feeble experience.
Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: superb
Batting: proficient Concentration: superb
Bowling: abysmal Consistency: feeble
Fielding: worthless

Daren Platt - 18 yo, BT Rating=11,534
LH Batsman, LFM Bowler, respectable batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
A destructive player with superb leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: proficient Concentration: strong
Bowling: worthless Consistency: worthless
Fielding: feeble

In the meanwhile, two large TIE wins mean my fitness and morale are nice and high, and my bumper home-game patch means my finances are about to broach £2m for the first time. All is well in Beardland. Well, actually I'm considering shaving off my beard for a bit, but other than that, the beards are happy.

No pops. Bought a 25yo quality/superb/superb bat, fairly expensive at 4.4m but meh. Selling Mattis, at 3.3m at the moment. Will just buy some crappy fifth bowler and probably a couple of cheap 17yo's to train for profit so I can afford to get a reasonable fifth bowler for next season.

Only one semi-useless pop, with my WK, Noon, hitting Resp Cons, however much difference that makes.

Currently second in my league, having won all but one match, losing against the top side, who're 6/6. Even if I beat them in the re-match, I'll have my work cut out to win the league, as they have a pretty healthy NRR advantage over me.

As soon as it ceases to be realistic for me to go up, I'm going to trade in my No.7 batsman, Prof/Resp Qureshi, as well as My spinner, Sup/Prof Bridges M, and hopefully pick up a Qual or rem spinner who I can train up a level or two.

The guy Adam brought his batsmen off did the same to his Top 4 batsmen. Looks like its common trend these days to sell everything and start again.
