FFS, they made 5-346 and we've lost a wicket in each of the first two overs.

Wish the season would end already.

Won by around 300, Stroud & Harris making centuries opening, all bowlers barring Savage (who didn't even get a bowl) picking up wickets. Woo, the excitement that is Div V

BARNES OUT
Won my match by >200 runs, easy as. Dylan made yet another hundred. He made one last week and his batting form dropped to mediocre, wonder if it'll drop again.

Lets join our team for ball-by-ball commentary.

34.1 4 Adams to Schofield
Wide of off stump and an outside edge to a vacant slip region. Third man was a bit wide to prevent the boundary.

End of Over 34: 242-0, runrate=7.12, reqrunrate=0.13 (243-7)
Davenport 7-0-39-0
Schofield* 117 (99 balls)
Skipper 119 (106 balls)

win by 10 wickets

Lost by 124 runs.

The opposition made 374-1 with each of my bowlers conceding more than 60.
My batsmen then did a decent job to get to 250 all out in 45 overs.
That's 6 losses in a row now and I can't see myself winning next game either.:(

My boys are starting to find their feet in D2 Sri Lanka. We playing the team coming first and we got our 2nd 200 plus total in a row. I doubt we will be able to defend, but im happy to see Lucas and Quitin both scoring 50s. Will be nice to see how Jeithoon goes defending a decent total. Mind both the last side i played and this team probably TIE'd, oh well it better then getting rolled for under 100 every game.

Code:
End of Over 50: 247-5, runrate=4.94
Dharmapala 10-0-49-2
Muralitharan* 19 (19 balls)
Allison 0 (0 balls)

Last Wicket: Quintin b. Dharmapala 73 (FOW: 247/5)

Crowe 47*
Brown 42

Tudgay 3-25

Lock 34

Vernon 4-11
Chambers 2-22

Result: Kipper XI win by 25 runs

Attendance was 27'000, which is good. Shouldn't have been a close game at all though, Brydon and Dove making only 5 between them.
