New Cricket Trivia - 'SJS format'

JBMAC

State Captain
That was a bit of a guess Fiery but I do know he has come in at number 6 during his career so with him who knows?

BTW He and Jack Fingleton scored a record 6th wicket partnership of 346 in the 1936/37 series against England and the great man did not come in at first drop

I'm sure the only reason the great man would bat less than 6 would be if he retired hurt in the 1st innings. (Thanks for the 36/37 memoir btw) :)

I am going to go for three obscure players who could have done this:

Gubby Allen who opened on a sticky to allow pitch to dry out
Neil Adcock for SA
Syd Gregory for the same reason as Allen

Mankad is the 3rd one.................

and JBMAC, Bradman batted as low as # 7 (few nigh****chmen ahead of him)....but did you really think he would ever bat at #11?

As I'm pretty sure I got the question right (although Fiery's not around to confirm), I thought I'd ask and easy question in the interim......

Only two players have scored 2 scores => 400 in thier FC careers, who are they?
