I don't know - I seem to remember it was some pompous old bugger. Lord Hawke maybe? I'm really guessing now, in case you hadn't noticed.

EDIT
If Jason's right about it being Rhodes, forget my bit about the recipient being a POB, as I only ever heard good things about Wilfred.
